Dr. Galina Bogdanova (Dr. Galina) achieved her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and Master of Dental Medicine from Sofia University in Bulgaria. She completed the NDEB certificate from the National Dental Examination Board in 1999 when setting in Canada and has decades of experience in caring diligently for her patients’ oral health.
Passionate about helping each person in her care achieve healthy and confident smiles, Dr. Galina is dedicated to working collaboratively with patients to create tailored treatment plans that help them achieve the best outcomes. Throughout her career, she’s worked extensively with children and teens, as well as those who experience dental anxiety. Able to put even the most fearful patients at ease, her kind, soothing, and customized approach makes dental visits easier and more relaxed.
Calgary has been home to Dr. Galina and her family for many years, and when she’s not caring for smiles, she enjoys spending time in nature, walking or hiking with family and friends, and travelling to explore new cultures. She also enjoys painting on canvas and learning new languages.
